Made from micro-pleated fabric and soft tulle, this voluminous ruffled dress is cut for a loose fit and cascades down to a floor-length. The piece has a partially see-through effect just above and around the knees and thin satin spaghetti straps. Wear it with tall heels to elongate the silhouette.
